Dr. Rotenberg is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University. He received the BS degree in electrical engineering (1991) and the MS and Ph.D. degrees in computer sciences (1996, 1999) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 1992 to 1994, he participated in the design of IBM’s AS\/400 computer in Rochester, MN.
