Event Parking
Parking on campus during week days is by permit only. As a follow up to registering for the symposium you will receive an email from NC State Transportation to claim a digital parking pass. Please follow those instructions to claim your digital parking pass. Please watch for an email the week of the symposium.
Be sure you accept your parking pass and enter the vehicle license plate number you will drive to campus. Parking is monitored on campus by your vehicle license plate. You must also park in the designated parking deck: OVAL WEST PARKING DECK.

Please do not use the Hunt Library public pay lot for the symposium on June 13-14, 2024. Digital parking passes are not valid in that lot.

Be sure you have Claimed your Parking Pass BEFORE parking in Oval West Deck June 13th.
Check-in Instructions: Once you have parked at Oval West Parking and walked to Hunt Library, the Duke Energy Hall is on the 2nd level of the library. Check-in will start at 8:30 a.m. Check-in tables will be just outside the entrance to Duke Energy Hall. Locating the check-in tables and Duke Energy Hall depends on how you enter the library:
- Entering from Partners Way Entrance you will go Up the Yellow stairs and to the Left to the check in tables.
- Elevators are behind the Yellow Staircase in the back right corner. When you exit the elevator, head straight through the library displays to the check in table.
- Entering from The Oval Entrance you are on the 2nd level. Head straight in towards the Yellow Stairs then turn to the Right before reaching the stairs and head to the check in tables.
