Venue
SAS Hall, 2311 Katherine Stinson Dr, Raleigh NC, 27607 – Main Campus
Check-in Instructions: Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. both mornings. From the SAS Hall Parking Lot go into the ground level entrance under the stairs facing the parking lot. Once inside take the stairs to the left to the next floor (Or the Elevator is across the lobby on the right). Check-in will be near the top of the stairs. Pick up your name tag and the auditorium will be in the hallway to the left.

Parking Information: There should be ample parking available in the lot in front of SAS Hall. However, should there not be enough parking in the SAS Lot, other areas on the map marked with a Red Circle “P” are close parking options.

- Clark Dining Hall is the closest dining hall located to our event. This dining hall not only has a variety of food but also has everything noted for allergies and dietary preferences, which we think will be most accommodating for our attendees.
- For other options there is a Food Court in Talley Student Union with a variety of options, as well as local restaurants across Hillsborough Street from campus.
