Overview

For October 2025, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte organized a regional workshop in quantum computing for graduate students and researchers in the southeast United States. The workshop was co-sponsored by the NC State Quantum Initiative and Department of Physics and Optical Science at UNC-Charlotte. This hybrid event took place both in-person and virtually October 25-26, 2025 and provided an opportunity for graduate students, postdocs, and early career faculty to highlight their work and network with other quantum computing researchers in the Southeast.
